Happy Mother and Wife. Always seeking insight and always battling the bulge! I'm a Biggest Loser wanna be! I love "The Secret" and try to live by principles of Love and Positivity.

The goals I'm working toward:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Birth. I was obese by the 1st grade. I'm the human yo-yo. Haven't seen below 200 since my last child was born 8 years ago. Can't seem to lose now

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled veggies, hummus, greek yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

pizza, brownies, chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live my life authentically, I want to dance, I want to wear a swim suit, I want to be an active, healthy example to my 8 yr.old cuz she is already an overeater:( I want to live a long life & know my grandkids.

Healthy habits that work for me:

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I don't know, I don't go to the gym. My fav workout at home is walk/run in my backyard, I have a mile track.
