About Me:

Mother of 2 children aged 7 and 10. Went to slimming world for months but hit a plateu I couldnt get over, now started on cambridge but finding it really hard!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to lose 2 stone and be able to maintain the weight loss
  • change the eating habits of myself and kids to be healthier

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since having my children

My favorite healthy food:

pasta and veggies

My guiltiest pleasure:

crisps

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want my kids to be healthy and I want to be healthy to be able to continue enjoying life with them

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My beautiful kids!!
