Turning 65 years old this month.Want to be healthy and get back to a good weight.
The goals I'm working toward:

Most of my adult life, with only a few years of healthy controlled weight
My favorite healthy food:
Most any fruits and veggies
My guiltiest pleasure:
Sandwichesof any kind
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
To be healthy and live long enough to see my great grandchildren grow up.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Walking
- No coffee or soda
- A controlled diet plan
My favorite activity at the gym is:
treadmill water arobics

- My family
- Nursing Degree
- Teaching my granddaughters to sew
