I'm tired of being on Blood pressure meds and I want to be healthy.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Drinking lots of water instead of the sugar loaded tea I used to drink
- joining a gym and going to use it
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Seeing everyone's progress and them commenting on my own! And I just enjoy a good workout, it makes me feel better about myself!
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Losing 32lbs!
- My wonderful children of course
- My grandchildren!
