About Me:

Born and raised in Florida. Love sunshine, loud music, pretty weather, and cute guys ;P I'm really outgoing and I love to smile, sing, laugh. I read when I get a moment and feel like being still for hours. Creative writing is my favorite pastime and there will always be a special place in my heart for strange and weird little animals :) Someday I'll graduate with my undergrad degree, grow up, meet a man with lots of money and be the ultimate Barbie wife! I love the outdoors, like running, hiking, beaches, I adore team sports and enjoy watching soccer, basketball, and football when I'm in the mood..though I'm not a fanatic.

My weight loss journey is perpetual and has been for about 7yrs now :) I decided to make a change in march of 08 weighing in a 235, standing at 5 4 and 3/4...today one year and 2 months later I am 161 after revising my target weight from the original 160lbs down to 145 :) I started taking alli a couple weeks ago and am loving my results and falling deeper in love with my body everyday.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Hitting 145lb by July 4th
  • Reducing carb intake

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My senior year in high school.

My favorite healthy food:

Watermelon :) mmmmm

My guiltiest pleasure:

CHOCOLATE....specifically Chili's chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice cream and fudge and caramel...HEAVEN...

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I wanna be a fly guurl. Hehe...pure and simple...I wanna be fine!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • No liquid calories unless alcohol is involved
  • running
  • work out buddies

My favorite activity at the gym is:

lat pull downs, back extensions, oblique machine

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • loosing 75lbs to date
  • running a record of 4 miles non stop
