The goals I'm working toward:
- Well ive started the CD but have made a few changes lol
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
5 years..... my normal weight was 12.5 stones according to my height but was 15.5 but currently down to 14.11 since strated the cd 9 days ago.
My favorite healthy food:
Wholemeal Tortillo Wrap with Spiced up Chicken breast and Salad.
My guiltiest pleasure:
Too many Curries~~
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to watch my kids grow up and also want them to grow into a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- 1x CD Porrige in the Morning
- 2x shakes
- 1 healthy Meal
- Gym twice a week
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Cardio and Bench Presses
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My Children
