About Me:

I've gained and lost 40lbs several times in college. Giving up booze I thought I'd loose weight quickly! WRONG!!!
I've gained 20lbs. I hit the two hundred mark. This is a terrible thing. I'm only 5'2''.

My aunt is an old weight watchers leader and she's suggested core plan. Going well so far. Been a week.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 20lbs
  • Maintain a lifestyle
  • Go kayaking with my dad

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Forever. I was thin and thought I was so fat as a kid. Looking back I'd KILL to be that size again.

My favorite healthy food:

Hummus, Fat Free Ricotta

My guiltiest pleasure:

Rolls... :(

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
