The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 200 lbs., 15 lbs. at a time...
  • Eventually giving up caffeine...
  • working up to exercising 5 times a week or at least moving 30 minutes a day...

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was 6 years old...

My favorite healthy food:

Sweet potatoes, brown rice, apples, sunbutter, ak mok crackers...

My guiltiest pleasure:

Diet soda, coffee & sugar free jolly ranchers...

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live a long healthy life, not one cut short by ill health and the inability to move...

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Carrying a healthy lunch and snacks if I am going to gone from home all day.
  • Logging in everything I eat.
  • Taking an hour long walk three times a week.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Treadmill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Master's Degree
  • Losing my first 15 lbs.
  • Starting this journey back to over all wellness and sticking to it, so far, for over 42 days.
