About Me:

I am interested in improving my health, lowering my weight and controlling how my body handles internally produced insulin. I also advise people about health issues, such as recovering from chronic health problems. Example: CFS, Fibromyalgia, autoimmune problems and more.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lowering weight
  • Achieving more well-rounded state of health
  • Continuing to reduce my symptoms

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Age 27

My favorite healthy food:

Fruit, but in moderation

My guiltiest pleasure:

Cheese

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I have a driving desire to be as healthy as possible. I spent so many years suffering with two chronic illnesses, that I never want to be in that state again! (e.g. Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking lots of water
  • Cutting out additional sugar
  • Finding a positive eating plan for me and sticking with it

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Water aerobics

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being a mother and wife
  • Implementing my mission to help others be as healthy as they can be
  • Never letting go of love
