About Me:

I'm a 58 year old grandma. I have gained 40 lbs over the last 2 years, I take it off and put it back on. I would love to be able to loose it this time and keep it off.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 40 lbs
  • Healthy lifestyle
  • Climb a mountain

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

2 years ago. I have always been over weight. I started taking diet pills since I was 12. My mother thought I was too heavy.

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt and granola, healthy shakes, blueberry's, Fruit salad, raisins...

My guiltiest pleasure:

I am a sweet baby. I love all sweets. Candy, brownies, icecream. Diet Soda.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to get into my skinny cloths, I want to get my medications down. I want to no longer have high blood preasure. I am going to Africa in 6 weeks and want to be healthy.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

The walking machine. Swimming the hot room

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Getting my M.A.degree at 55
  • Being able to see my children and grand children
  • Going to Africa in 2009
