The goals I'm working toward:
- Losing 20 lbs.
- Keeping the 20 lbs. off!
- Toning my abs, and losing half my butt. =)
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
2 years after I had my boys...
My favorite healthy food:
Veggies... specially brussels sprouts! =)
My guiltiest pleasure:
Those easter egg chocolates... solid chocolate egg with candy shell.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to fit into my wedding dress! I bought it at a smaller weight, and I plan to get married in a year or two.. I want to fit into it. =)
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Slim fast shakes
- Running on treadmill while watching a movie
- Chew chocolate mint gum to curb cravings for sweets
My favorite activity at the gym is:
I dont go to the gym, but if I did, it would be swimming!
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My family
- My artwork
- My determination
