I'd like to think I'm a rational being...

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 2 pounds per week until goal
  • Exercise 6 days per week
  • Giving up soda
  • Eating Clean

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was about 4/5 years old. Right around kindergarden age, the name calling started and I was made aware I was bigger than everyone else.

My favorite healthy food:

I love all veggies and fruits and I've recently grown to love Quinoa.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice Cream! (I try to stick with Frozen Yogurt or Sorbet)

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live like other 20 somethings and not like I'm 70. I also would like to find love and have a family, one day.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Weighing in once per week
  • Joined a Zumba Fitness Class
  • Clean Eating

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Circuit Training, Cardio

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • 30lbs Lost!
  • Joining a gym!
  • Sticking with it!
