I started birth control

yogurt and all sorts of berries, apples, salads, green tea, red peppers, etc.
My guiltiest pleasure:
tacos, hot wings, pizza, long island iced tea, etc
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
because I want my partner to lose weight, I want to have a healthy life style, I want to look nice in clothes that I like, I was good skin, etc.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- quit smoking
- the gym I go to is 5 mins away from home
- I set goals to work to
My favorite activity at the gym is:
ellipical, stirstepper, universe gym, etc.
