The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 40 pounds
  • Eating totally clean
  • Having my Amaaazing body back

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Mostly since I was 21-22 but since I have gained weight I've realized how messed up my body image ahs always been. Looking back at pictures of me as a kid I was so fit and skinny, muscular very lean and toned.... But I always felt like I was too big, even though I truly was drop dead gorgeous. Hour Glass figure etc.

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled Salmon and Organic Pumkin Raisin Flax Crunch (Tastes so good)

My guiltiest pleasure:

Hah... the 1-2 small sips I take of any soda my Husband orders. Sometimes I also take a small bite of the junk food he eats. I can't afford guilty pleasures I'm trying to be happy in my bikini again =P

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to get the healthiest I've ever been. To be able to raise my future kids teaching them the healthiest ways to eat and live. I want to be running circles around people 10 yrs younger than me when I'm old =P. I want to be the only old Woman in the Gym's Steam room/ Whirlpool/ Sauna not complaining about my bad everything because I didn't lift weights in my 20's.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eating incredibly simple. Takes the guesswork out.
  • Attending and commiting to scheduled Zumba classes.
  • Keeping all junk out of the house.
  • Buying Steamers vegetables.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Zumba and sometimes I love weight training... but it fluctuates between hate and love because it's frustrating... hard work =P

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing 4 inches off my hips in 2 1/2 weeks
