After gaining more than 100 pounds in one year, Lynn recognized that she had lost all control when it came to food, especially carbohydrates. Sleeping most of the day away and too large to fit into the auditorium seats to watch her daughter in the school play, Lynn turned to Weight Watchers and dropped 156 pounds in 365 days.

Today, she sticks to a disciplined eating and exercise schedule that involves 45 to 55 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core work, five times a week and eating within her daily allotted Weight Watchers' POINTS.
