Like so many obese adults, Emily was a chubby child who turned into an overweight teenager and then became dangerously overweight in her adult years.

Tired of her nonexistent social life and recognizing her addiction to food, Emily joined Weight Watchers and attended weekly support group meetings. As she learned about proper portion sizes, healthy eating choices and the importance of exercise, Emily trimmed 160 pounds from her frame.

Today, she says she is living a better life than she ever thought was possible.
