Once a collegiate athlete, Matthew Schonwalder didn't have a problem with his weight until he stopped swimming competitively. He didn't reduce his caloric intake, and ate fast food at least six times per week. When he found out he had high blood pressure, he decided he needed to make a change.
Matthew began looking for healthier, more natural foods that appealed to his tastes. He decided to eat plenty of fish, but cut down on red meat and cheese. Matthew also starting working out again, this time adding running, spin classes and biking to his swimming regimen.Next Prev Slide 6 / 48
