Before Courtney Crozier became one of the season favorites on The Biggest Loser, she was an inspiration at DietsInReview. Once weighing 422 pounds, Courtney decided to change her life on her 21st birthday. Inspired by The Biggest Loser, Courtney slowly started eating better, by following the advice in The Biggest Loser 30-Day Jump Start. Then she started working out.
When we interviewed her in July of 2010, she had shed 100 pounds. Courtney was a close runner up to appear on two different weight-loss shows, but she never let the rejections get in her way of heading towards her goal. Finally, she was selected to appear on The Biggest Loser for season 11. At the ranch, she lost another 92 pounds and is still losing.
