The Ultimate Push Up Guide

The wall pushup is a great way for beginners to gain upper body strength in order to advance to the regular pushup. To do this pushup, stand in front of a wall, with your feet a few feet away from the wall. Put your hands against the wall at shoulder height. Bend your arms until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle.
