Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout

With your hands behind your head, extend your right leg out to the side, with your right toes lightly tapped on the floor. Crunch your body to the right as you lift your right leg off the floor, about 45 degrees. Return to your start position and then repeat. Do 10 reps in a row and then repeat with your left leg.
