Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout
Clasp your hands behind your head, brace your navel in to your spine and lift your left foot off the floor. Bend your left knee and trace a large circle with your knee from the right to the left, crossing the midline of your body to create the circle. Trace 5 full circles from right to left, then reverse your direction, and trace 5 more from left to right. Repeat with your right leg.
