Saturday Morning Drills: Sexy Shoulders

To get sleek toned shoulders and arms, you want to use lighter weights with more reps. Depending on your fitness level, anything from 5 to 8 pound dumbbells will work. If you don't have these, anything that you can comfortably hold with a little bit of weight will do the trick, (i.e. can goods, water bottles) get creative! Also, if you don't have a mat, a towel will do just fine.
