Saturday Morning Drill: Energy Booster
A V sit-up is a great way to work on stability while engaging only your abs and legs in one fluid motion.
Starb by lying flat on floor, back down. Then, in one motion raise both your upper body and lower body toward the ceiling and meet your quadriceps and torso in a 'V' shape. Then return to starting position.
