Push up to Side Plank
Saturday Morning Drill: Energy Booster
To tone your chest, abs and obliques, perform a push up to side plank.
Simply perform a push up, keeping back straight and abs engaged throughout the motion, and when you reach the top of your push up swing your left arm up and over your head and rest in a side plank position.
Hold this position for 2 counts and then return to plank and perform another push up. Then perform a side plank on the other side.
One push up and side plank is 1 rep. Complete a total of 8 on each side.Next Prev Slide 5 / 8
