Saturday Drill: Soccer Skills

Squats are an excellent exercise for the butt, quadriceps and hamstrings. Add in an arm extension and you have a full body workout.

To perform this move, sink into a deep squat while simultaneously lifting a soccer or similar object in front of you. Make sure you keep your back straight and engage your leg and butt muscles as you rise and fall. One squat is one rep; complete 20.
