Saturday Drill: Soccer Skills

If you've ever watched soccer than you've likely seem some wicked slide tackles. Since slide tackles aren't exactly a drill everyone can perform, opt for skater lunges instead.

To perform the lunge, start with feet hip width apart then step back and to the left with your right leg. Hold the position for two seconds and them come back up to starting position. Repeat with your other leg. One lunge on both sides is one rep; complete a total of 20.
