The newest nightmare to infiltrate the fast-food menu is Friendly's Grilled Cheese BurgerMelt. Seems harmless until you look at it. That's two grilled cheese sandwiches as buns for a beef burger topped with mayo, lettuce and tomato. With a scale-scaring, heart-stopping 1,500 calories, 79 grams of fat and 2,090 milligrams of sodium, this laughs in the face of the "all things in moderation" ideal. Have a grilled cheese, or a burger, but not all three. That would be moderation.
