Wendy's Baconator Triple

Most Unhealthy Fast Food Menu Items

Meat, cheese and bacon piled high on bakery-style buns. This is the Baconator from Wendy's. Like their other old-fashioned hamburgers, it's available in a single, double or triple patty burger, each one becoming piled even higher with calories, fat and cholesterol. The Baconator Triple is obviously the most offensive: 1350 calories, 90 grams of fat (40 of which are saturated), 3.5 grams of trans fat, 320 milligrams of heart-clogging cholesterol, 2780 milligrams of sodium and a mere 2 grams of dietary fiber. While not pictured, the burger's description says it comes with three condiments, onion, tomato and lettuce. Pictured is the Baconator Double, which has 980 calories and 62 grams of fat. A single without the cheese, mayo and bacon loaded with all the fresh vegetables would be a leaner option.
