Healthy Summer Sandwiches

Tuna sandwiches and summertime go together like swimming pools and lemonade. It's just a perfect fit, and a match that makes for a very healthy and satisfying lunch for you! We like our tuna salad homemade since there's way too much fat in the deli salads for our liking. And of course, picking a tomato off your own vine makes it even better.

Make This Sandwich

We kept this sandwich pretty simple with our favorite Healthy Tuna Salad recipe topped with petite slices of grape tomatoes served on two slices of whole grain bread.

Make It Healthier

Swap the mayo in your tuna salad for Greek yogurt, and bulk it out with celery, grapes, or onion.
