4 Stretches for Better Posture

Place one hand on the desk or a wall for balance. Bend your right knee and take the top of your foot with your right hand. Align both knees and keep both thighs parallel as you pull your heel toward your buttocks.

If you need more of a stretch, flex your right foot and press the top of your foot firmly into your hand. Hold for up to 10 deep breaths and then switch sides.
