Cornbread Dressing
Suitable for Diabetics! Traditional and easy, like grandmother used to make.
Yield: Serves 8 (3/4 cup per serving)
Ingredients
- 3 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1 c. whole grain bread crumbs
- 2 c. fat free chicken broth
- 1 c. celery finely chopped
- 3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
