Make sure the 3-4 8oz. drinks that you can consume a day are not sugary juices, since sugar is harder on your body to break down. Limit yourself to a smaller amount of carbs a day. Eat fresh foods instead of canned ones and do not eat prepackaged foods, which have tons of sodium in them. When you go into dialysis you can also ask the nurse about how to loose the weight. A lot of times they can give you some very good information to read and look over that can help you out or a website that is good for you. Try to keep yourself active. If you can walk try to daily even if you cant do more than a couple of blocks it will help you out.
