Can i use the Slendertone Ab belt for more than one session per day?
If, Yes what is the maximum amount of times?

I have wondered this question as well, but have not found a definitive answer from the slendertone company or an expert on the product. However, many people use it for 2-3 sessions at a time with no Ill effects. I myself have used it at Max settings for 3 hours straight (6 sessions) for days in a row, and have not noticed any side effects. I am not an expert. I am only using my body as reference (ie: if I don't feel "off" the following day it's probably ok. I have even used 2 units at once, one above the other for multiple sessions, and have not noticed any problems only increased results. So, if you need a definite answer I would ask slendertone, but the belts "seem" pretty safe. I hope this helps. Good luck!
slendertone recommend 1 per day but if u want more, then u got to leave 8hrs between each
