This question is about Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes

Adding lemon juice or vinegar to milk is a common substitution for buttermilk. If you're looking for low-cal options, Greek yogurt, applesauce or mashed bananas can often replace the moisture that the buttermilk offers.
Same as for sour milk add a teas of vinegar or lemon juice & let sit for a few minutes.
