I have a question. I read a lot of reviews that u guys love Hcg diet. Do all bottles (drops) say 10 drops 3 times per day? I want to make sure I got the right ones. And it says strict on foods. What are the types of food can I eat?..... HelP

if you order drops from justpotent (google them), they send you everything you need to know. your protiens are chicken, lean beef and white fish; veggies include brocolli, spinach, chard, lettuce, etc. fruits are apples, oranges, strawberries... you can have tea and/or coffee sweetened with stevia, and you must drink LOTS OF WATER. justpotent will send you a recipe book URL when your drops arive. their shipping is 3-10 days (took four for me).
