Diets in Review Question
This is not really a question, it's just a statement.

Wow. So much judging here. The whole concept of Biggest Loser is that people face the "whys" for becoming unheathy and fix those issues, while working hard physically and mentally to reform their lives. "Rehabbing your life" if you will.
Contestants are then sent home (just like rehab), and it is then up to THEM to take what they've learned and apply it to their life. No hand holding kids, these are all adults. I'm fairly certain that of all the seasons and contestants they've had, this is not the standard that is taught. Each person makes a CHOICE. No one except YOU has control over what goes in and out of your mouth.
I'm sure with all this backlash, this poor girl will never be normal now, and it's not NBC, or the judges you can blame--but all these people who are trashing a program that has helped so many people get their lives back. Keep doing what you're doing- Bob, Jillian, and Dolvett...and NBC!
