Is it safe to take raspberry ketone after a thyroidectomy?

Thyroid and Raspberry Ketone-- So I had a thyroidectomy 6 years ago due to several thyroid storms which I understand are rare and quite possibly deadly if not treated quickly. I take .88 mcg of Synthroid..I do have a call into the dr about this..but maybe you can help..is this safe for me to take?

Lisa, what did your dr say? I called my endocrinologist and he said it was ok to tke them but not at the same time. Pls let me know what yours said!

Hi Val, my endocrinologist said it was ok but there needed to be at least two hours between taking the synthroid and the ketone..also said that after a month on it he wanted to recheck my levels just to make sure all was ok! Good luck!
