how long should i stay on sq ultra to see a difference??

I just started sq ultra yesterday, i feel great taking it, no side effect. I'm still hungry and I gained 1 lb as of today, I'm also eating right and light excersie, I feel like giving up already and try something new. How long should I try this for ???
