The best way to do this is to make the foods yourself. When you do this, you control ingredients and portion, and thus calories. I do not think you can control calories if you cook breakfast yourself. More logical to choose a ready-made breakfast with a fixed amount of calories - https://www.dietsinreview.com/diets/trim360/
