Does the Jillian Michaels Quickstart have any side effects?

well..i just purchased my jillian pills and i havent tried them yet...my first day will be tomorrow so i wil keep u guys posted on how i do through out the process..am starting at weight of 230 my goal is to weigh 130. so wish me luck guys!!

Do NOT bother with the Jillian Michaels products. They are bogus and do NOT work. I took the pills religiously and did not even lose 1 LB.
