Xtend Barre: Lean & Chiseled is a new workout DVD featuring professional choreographer and Pilates instructor Andrea Rogers. This DVD combines the grace and flexibility of dance with the sculpting of Pilates for a long and strong physique. The total time of the DVD is 55 minutes and is divided into three different segments. With the division of the segments you can customize your workouts. There is an upper, barre and core section with this DVD. The upper body section works your shoulders, arms and back. The barre section involves the glutes, hips and thighs. Within the core section you will be working the deep abdominal muscles. For those that may be concerned that the workout focuses solely on toning, there are both toning and cardio elements. Great cardio and strength training workout. Lots of balance and core work throughout the whole video. Found it a lot of fun.

omg! this sounds wonderful! I love pilates but it's not quite giving me the total look I want, but if I add barre routines to it? how can it not be wonderful?
