DIET and NUTRITION

Although there are no specific foods available, there are several tips on losing weight and getting healthy through your food intake. Some of the key pointers given include eating five to six meals per day, not cutting calories by too much, eating quality protein and getting lots of rest.

Some of the proteins you should aim for include eggs, fish, lean meats and dairy products. Another important factor of the nutrition program is not to reduce your calorie count by too much. Keeping your calorie reduction to around 500 less per day is sufficient to aid in weight loss without sending your body into starvation mode. Your recovery while working out and trying to lose weight should also include drinking plenty of water, aiming for eight hours of sleep per night and giving your body some rest between workouts.

EXERCISE

Exercise is the focal point of WorkoutBOX web site. Whether there is a specific area of the body you’re trying to work, or you want a full body workout, WorkoutBOX makes those regimens available.

Some workouts are designed for those who want to go to the gym while others are available for those without gym memberships. Workouts and exercises are also available for all fitness levels.

The site recommends you change up your workouts and not stick with the same one for too long. This will keep your body from adjusting to the workout and continue to give you results.

Below is a full workout that is available through WorkoutBOX. This workout can be done at home and is called the Dumbbell Fat Burning Workout. The workout is spread across two days, with day one below:

  • Bench press dumbbell (15 reps) – 3 sets

You can keep the variety going in your workouts by constantly changing things up. All of the workouts and exercise guides are free to those who sign up. When you include the valuable nutrition tips that are given its easy to see why people would use this as a guide for their health and fitness. Although no specific foods are mentioned other than protein, you can even customize your diet to meet your personal preferences.

WorkoutBOX makes fitness simple, and when trying to lose weight or stay in shape, simplicity can be the difference in making or missing a workout.

Your review is misleading. Workoutbox is NOT free. Sure it is free to just LOOK at the website but you have to pay a monthly fee for the personalized workouts.
