Valerie Bertinelli is such a cutie, really turned her whole look around, and if these are the exercises that got her looking so great, why not me, too? Now all I have to do is figure out a diet plan to go with it, and I'm all set.

Christopher does a great workout, but Valerie's constant complaining does not make me want to work out, just shut it off. Working out is hard work, and there is no room for negativity.
