I really love how easy and simple this book is to follow. The whole point is not to just diet and starve certain foods but to change your lifestyle for one that is healthy without any prohibitions.

I can only describe this book as "wonderful". My mother gave me the book as a birthday gift last year, I was offended and didn't read it. She did and lost 27 pounds in 10 weeks. I decided to read the book and started to follow the plan 8 days ago. I had lost 4 pounds as of this morning. The cravings were hard to control the first few days, but with lots of water and "oregano oil" pills I made it through. Now I am not hungry all the time. I did not buy any of the products mentioned in the book from Mr. Suarez's company. So far, I am happy with the results and hopeful that I will be in better shape soon. Give it a chance; you won't regret it!

I think The Power of your Metabolism is dead on target. It tells you how to eat and what to eat in order to loss fat. I think it is better than laying out a menu for you to follow, because with all the valuable nutrional information you are given, you should be able to put together healthy meals for breakfast , lunch and dinner without any trouble. Every thing you need is there, you just have to apply what has been given to you. Best explanations I have ever read.
