Loneliness

This book is a helpful tool for anyone! Too easy way to cook. All quantities are accurate. There is nutritional information for every recipe. I love this book!!!

This book is a nice idea but... 1) the carbs are way way too high, 2) the amount of honey used might as well be pure sugar because it tastes bad and is overly sweet, 3) grossly too much salt (sodium). The only good thing was barley risotto and I gave the book away before I wrote it down!!
