(Page 1 of 1)I love the book thus far. I just got it yesterday, and it has a wealth of information that is to be taken seriously. I plan on becoming a full fledged vegan as right now I am a pescatarian. However, after reading about fish, we have to part ways. The book is excellent and I recommend it.
I also wanted to comment my favorite thing about this book is that it shows you in a very simple way three stages to go about eating this way. Flirts,Vegans,Superhero. Anyone can start at whichever level. I thought to try it from the flirt to give myself the best chance of sticking to it. It kind of re teaches you the right way to eat. I don't mean to sound corny or anything when I say that this book is about being kind to yourself but it is true.
I liked it. It's been about a week and a half. I got the book the very next day it came out. What I like about it is that it is more about a way of eating healthier for long term. It's definately not a way of eating that makes you feel deprived and cranky.Will recommend to friends.
