The cookies are made with Okara, a kind of soy pulp that is rich in fiber and absorbs a high amount of liquids, so when consumed, it leads to a full feeling for a sustained period of time. Soypal cookies come in three flavors: Chocolate, Sesame and Original

The Soypal Cookie Diet can be used in tandem with another diet or as part of any healthy lifestyle program. They suggest you'll lose up to nine pounds in nine days.

I haven't tried these but I lost 50 lbs on the R&D Diet Cookies and have kept them off for a year and a half. I use them occasionally to get control of my eating when I go overboard.

This sounds interesting but the program that worked for me is the Smart For Life cookie program. I eat the 6 cookies a day that come in an individual package and eat my sensible evening meal. I don't feel deprived and have lost 29 pounds in 2 months. I am 6 pounds away from my goal weight and will move onto their maintenance program. I did this online at www.smartforlifedietcookie.com
