SlimQuick Hoodia

The popular SlimQuick diet pill introduces a hoodia formula.


BACKGROUND

SlimQuick Hoodia is a female appetite suppressant that is intended to help you lose weight. This product contains the popular hoodia plant, which is believed to suppress appetite through its action on specific areas on the brain that control appetite. SlimQuick Hoodia also contains calcium, Vitamin D3 and green tea. Calcium is not only an essential mineral that women of all ages require, but research shows that proper calcium is necessary for weight loss. Vitamin D3 is supposed to facilitate the absorption of calcium. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant and has shown some evidence to boost metabolism.

INGREDIENTS

SlimQuick Hoodia contains, hoodia gordonii, green tea extract, calcium (as calcium carbonate/citrate) and Vitamin D.

ADMINISTRATION

Take 3 SlimQuick Hoodia capsules with 8 oz. of water twice daily before lunch and dinner. You should not take SlimQuick Hoodia within 5 hours of sleep since it contains caffeine.

DIET and NUTRITION

Included with the SlimQuick Hoodia supplement is a 22-page informational booklet that includes a sample diet plan and nutrition advice and tips. Since it contains caffeine, you should limit your additional caffeine intake.

In addition, the booklet contains two four-week weigh-training programs that are specifically designed for a woman’s body.

CONCLUSION

SlimQuick Hoodia is a diet supplement that is specifically designed to help women lose weight. Even though there has been evidence to support that hoodia suppresses appetite, obtaining pure hoodia is very difficult and very expensive. Therefore, caution should be used when using SlimQuick Hoodia since its purity cannot be validated.

I actually started today at 163LB I am eating healthy and working out, I havent had any side effects no shakyness no rapid heart, and it actully helped me cause i woke up tiered walked 45 minutes and (other than my feet) im not tiered so for now I say its good Ill be back give more feed back when I finish the bottle posted Jul 14th, 2009 4:10 pm
