Personal Training with Jackie: Crunch-Free Xtreme Abs DVD gives you two, 15-minute challenging, ab-sculpting workouts. One is done from a standing position and one is done on a mat. Hand weights are required for both of the sessions.

Jackie offers modifications for you when or if the exercises become too challenging. Each move is done for approximately one minute before moving on to the next and the pace is progressive enough to rev your heart and burn calories.
