I bought this program in 2008 and it absolutely works, I've lost a lot of weight everytime I've used it to get back in shape (50 lbs. in 3 months). Just buy it from amazon or somewhere other than through the official website to avoid the scam.

I was never hit with hidden fees but I feel it's always a risk you take. Proactive tries to get me every month and I have been with them for 12 years. Regardless of any possible fees this workout absolutely works. Before my children I was a pilates and yoga freak! I would work out almost 2 hours everyday and never received results like I did with this workout. When I started this workout I was 30 lbs over weight after having 2 kids. Within 3 months of using this product and sticking to my own die,t not theirs, I had a better body than I did before kids. Screw 2 hours of yoga and pilates a day. I'll stick with this!

People are asking if it works. YES!!! It works!!!! Order off eBay or amazon though. The work out tones you quickly!!! He knows his stuff. The leverage stuff works. I finally had biceps! Hehe. Very important though....stretch stretch stretch!!!! I ended up not stretching enough! I had to stop and get worked on because I was so gung ho about doing it and I did the lunges too deep. Start slow and stretch! :)

This product is just a scam to sign you up for additional crap offers that will plague your credit card for months to come. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

The workout program and diet plan are amazing. I got fantastic results and often revisit the videos when I need a change in my workout. But the others are right in warning about the company that markets for him- - make sure to cancel everything right away and keep an eye out to make sure you're not getting charged for anything extra. It's unfortunate such a great program is tied to a shady marketing company.

watch the scam. even if you cancel the vitamins you have to cancel the VIP monthly access or you will be charged 19.99 a month for nothing. Very unhappy. I e-mailed customer service, but sure I will recieved no response.

Buyer Beware! They automatically enroll you when you order the video in a monthy vitamin program. I had no idea until I received them in the mail. They charge my credit card $27/mo. I had to spend another $7 to return the unorder vitamins to the company. Their customer service was no help...they put me on hold for 15 min and did not come back to me. I had to call them back to speak to a person.

I bought it after watching an infomercial way too early in the morning! Mitch's product seem reasonable. However, the company that deals with his ordering of the product is HORRIBLE trying to sell you everything under the sun. As for the product, the exercises are basic, nothing to over the top.

So for me, it was a wash. I use the product to get my lazy bum going but I also include other exercises to supplement the regimen.

Mitch Gaylord may be an honorable man his excercise routine is alright and I have gotten results. However the company who markets for him is not honorable and I have been brought to great inconvenience because they keep debiting my account with unauthorized debit's even after I have told them to stop and they have canceled any and all agreements I have had to go to the bank and cancel my card and wait 7to 10 days for a new one in order to insure they can take no more of my money. Not only that but then I have to tell all the other accounts who auto bank draft my account the new number I therefore say buyer beware and cannot recommend this program.

I love this workout, it has worked better than anything I have tried in the past. Lost 4 sizes without following the diet, just ate healthy, I phoned in my order and have had no problems, no extra charges, it is well worth it. But! It is not easy it takes dedication Im 52 and doing great!

This product does work. I ordered mine a year ago, and started the routine immediately. If you follow the meal plan and the workout, you can really lose the weight. One thing to note is that if you have not worked out in awhile, you should start off at a slower pace because it can get really intense really quickly. You will feel it in every part of your body but stick with it. Buying the groceries for the meal plan can get expensive.

bought mine on Amazon for 19.99 brand new! This is one heck of a workout!! I'm in my 4th week and can really see muscle definition forming. Challenging but I haven't gotten bored with it and I really like how Mitch pushes you.
Great workout!!!!!

This is a scam. Product is low budget. You will be charged for a website membership and vitamins that are crap if you do not call and cancel - this is done automatically. I also got offered "Mitch Gaylord" credit protection by a very rude woman who called my cell phone. Be wise and skip this!!

After seeing the infomercial I was really excited to try it out...I'm getting married in 6 months and thought it would be something new to try to get into shape. Then I received numerous marketing calls trying to get me to buy other programs that I absolutely did not want! I should have gotten the hint when ordering the program and they offered me countless "free trials" for Visa gas cards and Walmart cards. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! DON'T BOTHER EVEN CALLING!!
